I am an Architect with Project Manager and Real Estate Developer qualifications with vast experience in working on complex building projects and Stakeholder Management in all phases in the role of Owner responsibilities and Client representation in international work environment.
Trough my professional experience as an Architect in providing services in conceptional planing and architectural design as well coordination of the construction phase and finishing and handover of projects, I have developed a special view and understanding of the overall process in construction projects – from the strategic conceptional idea to the project planning, execution and assurance of the construction quality on site and handover to the user and start of building operations.
As a Real Estate Economist, I understand the property and its development as a whole. Already in the early stages of strategic conception and business case development, I proactively foresee risks and chances of planning and building permission feasibility as well the details of technical construction and its impact on project costs, quality and timeframe. This creates synergies and solutions that originate outstanding, sustainable and economical project developments that are only possible through interdisciplinary work, and a holistic approach.
